Ale Gicqueau - CEO & Founder

Ale Gicqueau is the founder of L'Executive Club, co-founder of SiliconFrench© and is now leading the overall Interfrench organization in the USA. He has held senior positions in the software industry, working successively in software development, engineering management, technology evangelist and business development roles in high-tech start-ups and large companies like IBM. His efforts to develop an effective networking business platform for French-Speaking professionals, has led to the creation and development of the largest professional French-speaking network in the USA: InterFrench© (formerly Siliconfrench). Ale leverages today his large professional network and experience to help French entrepreneurs to start companies in the Silicon Valley, to bring about new business opportunities for growing companies, and to curb the French brain drain by providing a bridge back to France for Silicon Valley French-speaking entrepreneurs.

Ale Gicqueau holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and a Master of Science from UC Davis.

Didier Jaubert is a French lawyer and business consultant with a stellar record of success working with clients in North America and Europe. Prior to his association with The Business Bridge, Didier founded four successful companies: Legapharm Bordeaux, a real estate firm specializing in commercial transactions; Jaubert et Associés, a law firm specializing in commercial law and litigation in France; Sonoma Saveurs a fine-food distribution company operating on the US market; and a French bistro in the California Wine Country recognized by The Zagat Survey 2005, The New York Times, Wine Spectator, and The Wine Enthusiast. He began his career as a lawyer in Paris, specializing in commercial litigation, foreign investments, and corporate law. Bilingual in French and English, Didier is an effective leader and motivator in competitive environments. His negotiation skills, strong client focus and connections in the Food and Wine industry make him an outstanding asset to The Business Bridge.

He is certified by UC Davis Extension in Better Process food Science and Haccp procedures. Didier holds a Master of Law from Aix en Provence University and a Certificat d'Aptitude a la Profession d'Avocat.

Geraldine Reau - Operations manager

Geraldine is responsible for all InterFrench US operations. An expert in event planning and management, she has brought professionalism and efficiency to the largest French-speaking professional network of the USA. Originally from Marseille, she expanded her career internationally by working in the banking industry in Montreal before she became a professional recruiter for Franco-Canadian staffing agency: Zetatech. At The Business Bridge, she is responsible for logistics, staffing and relocation services.

Geraldine Reau holds an MBA from the university of Montreal.

Jacques Putzeys - Practice Leader Financial markets, Funding, Corporate Structuring

Jacques Putzeys is a Monaco based consultant specialising in advisory work on corporate finance and financial markets. He is the former CEO and co-founder of Easdaq (now Nasdaq Europe). At Easdaq he pioneered the creation of a first European cross border stock exchange and worked very closely with all the companies listed to help them through the huge task of their IPO and this between 1994 and 1999. Before starting up and managing this pan-European stock exchange he was a commercial banker both in Brussels and New York. In New York he started and subsequently managed the New York branch of FORTIS bank and in Brussels he was President of Bank Nagelmaeckers.

Patrick Corsi - Associate

Since his early settling as an “IBMer” in Silicon Valley in 1979, Patrick CORSI always served in international environments ( USA and Europe), managed people, departments and international projects within large and small industries.

A former researcher and developer in continuous speech recognition through the mid-80's; directed the Advanced Studies Dept. of THOMSON-CSF software subsidiary SYSECA in St-Cloud in the late 80's. Managed many European leading R&D teams and seeded advanced international projects in industry: grew, monitored and spun-off the large European community funded Artificial Intelligence portfolio of R&D projects when acting as a Senior Project officer within the European Commission through the 90's. Often and long appointed as an expert to the European Commission on various advanced subjects and in several capacities, he has lectured at six European Universities since 1977. An associate Professor at ISTIA Innovation, University of Angers, Corsi outstandingly focused early on innovation processes within European contexts, enhancing the practise of marketing advanced technologies and access to finance; co-authored a book on marketing and a treaty on innovation.

Dr. Corsi obtained a Ph.D. from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble in Génie Informatique in 1979. An Engineer from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble with a double education in computer science and applied mathematics in 1977, he graduated via a Maîtrise de Mathématiques et Applications Fondamentales from Université de Marseille in 1974.

Pierre-Jean Charra - Associate

Pierre-Jean is a born entrepreneur and was running his own company in France for 11 years. Tutorland was the leader in France of Computer Training Materials. He is the coFounder and President of Interfrench©. Pierre-Jean is a visionary who understands what makes an entrepreneur succeed or fail. He has brought forth new networking concepts for the French that he frequently promotes on the radio or French publications.

Pierre-Jean Charra holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and a Master of Science from UC Berkeley.

He started his career with KPMG in the audit department and has a degree in Business administration from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.
